We suggest washing your Roxy hair after 15 to 20 wears or when there is too much buildup of product or they become unmanageable to style.

How do I make an Exchange/Return?

You must contact us at info@roxyhair.com prior to sending your extensions for exchange or return. DO NOT send us your Roxy extensions without first talking to us.

 

 

How long does shipping usually take?

 It takes 1-2 days to process your order. Once your order is processed we deliver. If you asked for free shipping during checkout you get your purchase in 2-3 days after the order is processed.
